Four pounds, and perhaps six years old? We don’t really know how old Roscoe is and look forward to getting to know him better. He is a Chihuahua without attitude! He is nervous around cats, but not aggressive to them at all, and he is fine with dogs. He enjoys being held like a baby, and will be a perfect lapdog for someone, although he is active and quite energetic. We are still learning about his health training skills, and need to get him to a veterinarian for a full work up. He has hair loss which could be from allergies, contact dermatitis, or from poor nutrition. His ears are “leathery,” but still alert and perky. He has been fine with older children according to his temporary person, and we look forward to getting to know more about him over the next few weeks. His perfect home will include another sweet playmate dog for him, a fenced yard, and a family with older, gentle children. We want him to be neutered prior to leaving his foster home.
