Lugh is an XL husky/Pyrenees/shepherd/retriever mixed breed puppy. He has been in foster care for many weeks, and his foster mom has a good handle on his personality. We are looking for homes with children over the age of five years old, who don’t mind puppy nails scratching their arms and faces, and who are willing to work with positive reinforcement training methods to redirect inappropriate puppy biting during the upcoming months of teething. If you have other dogs in your household, we ask that they be spayed and neutered, and current with vaccines. We are also requesting cat free homes due to them having a high prey drive. Adoption fee $300. At this time we are considering adopters who are local to our area of Campbell County, or counties adjacent to Campbell, to make it easier for us to follow up on spay and neuter requirements. Please start with an application which you can find on our website: friendsofcampbellcounty.org. (From a previous litter from the same parents, we have discovered these puppies can climb fences, and do have high prey drive. Please consider those traits if you are considering adoption
