Augie is an awesome senior, adapting well to the shelter but desperately wishing she had her own home where she could lay in her comfortable bed in front of the window and watch the birds do their thing outside. Augie is spayed, and is gentle and sweet when she is held. Her long hair would love to be groomed by a human. She uses her litter box, talks to us, and has lived with smaller dogs. We are sad her family was not allowed to take her to their new home due to the regulations of the rental agent. I know I know, it would be great if they had found a different place to live. We will do what we can to help Augie!
