“Hi! My name is Chauncey. I came in as a stray to the shelter today and I think it was so that I could get a bath! I was covered with nasty little fleas, in my eyes, nose, and ears, and all over my back and my belly. Oh, that bath felt so good! I already feel so much better! I’m about three months old but I’m pretty scrawny because carrying around a load of fleas means I probably also have tapeworms. I hope I can get treated for those as well.”
