We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

Cody was left in the playyard at the shelter. He is neutered and housetrained. He also knows sit and shake. He is lovely and is becoming a volunteer favorite very quickly. Our hearts nearly burst when he showed this gentle side of himself on Sunday afternoon. Cody chose a volunteer to be his bestie, and showed off his sit, his paw, and his true devotion. Why was he abandoned behind the shelter one week ago? He told us yesterday that he is perceptive and sweet, and more than anything wants to be in the house with a family where he can watch over them and be there when he is needed. Please note that we do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice, and unaltered adult pets six months or older will need to be sterilized before they can be adopted outside our local area of Campbell County or counties touching Campbell.
