“PRECIOUS ANGEL” has been blessed with a new name: Billi Jo. She loves changing the radio station in her foster family's car, and it ended up on Billy Joel music every time! She has really made progress with her rehabbing, after being rescued from the roadside, where she was found in deplorable condition. She also has found the best foster home ever, as the experienced family is working on her reactivity to other dogs, (specifically their larger breed dog), and her inappropriate behavior regarding him. She can be naughty around other dogs who are not wlling to put her in her place, and we are thinking she has had little experience with other dogs in her past. Her foster mom feels the ideal placement for her will be as an only dog, and one who can have human laps to hang out on, be close to, and be devoted to her as she feels she needs. She is the best kisser ever, loves attention, and adores children, too. We would ask that the kids be over five years old, and be respectful and gentle. This little gal has SO much love to give! She is housetrained, crate trained, and adores toys! Spayed, current with her vaccines, and heartworm negative, too. Is she possibly a perfect match for your family? Her foster mom thinks a fenced yard would be the best, as she arrived as a stray, and we know dogs who are strays often feel the need to run whenever they get the chance.
