Brutus is a sweetheart of a little boy! At eleven pounds, he is a lovely size for someone who loves picking up and carting around a small dog, as snuggling brings him great joy. While he is fine with other dogs, he is not playful but rather calm and sedentary, and wishes so much for a forever home like the one he has now with his foster mom. It's quiet there, not too active, and he gets all the sofa sitting-on-your lap time that he wants. Brutus is fine with cats as well, and lives with a teenager, who respects him and is very careful around him. We will consider homes with children over the age of ten for Brutus' safety.  Brutus is neutered, had a recent dentistry, and is current with vaccines and heartworm testing, as well as microchipped.  He had never been to a vet in his nine years before arriving at our shelter, but we feel he is healthy and he is definitely happy! His adoption fee is $175.
