We ask that the pets in your home be current with rabies vaccines, spay/neutered, and seen by a veterinarian for wellness.

Sophia needs a home! We don’t know all the circumstances when people bring in their animals, but when they are reduced to tears and are struggling to remain composed, we can only imagine that things are not good at home and that there are burdens even greater to bear than finding homes for their family pet. She has been loved, and was rescued as a stray by the family several years ago. We can tell their hearts were breaking, as our own hearts are breaking. Sophia is also confused, and isn’t sure what to think. appears to be fine with other dogs, and was initially easy to handle. We don’t think that will change. She is spayed, and a fluffy 75 pounds.
