Noelle is a seven pound Southern Bell who thinks she's a princess! She loves to snuggle and is happy to be with her person. Noelle lives with lots of dogs and cats but she could care less about them, she really likes her person. She is recovering from having a racketball size mammary tumor plus four other small ones removed. She will go in for a dental and a spay in February. You will not find a dog that's more of a love bug. She can't wait to meet her furever family. She would love to be in a home with children 10 years and up and have a lap of her very own to lay on.
