Rafael is a Polydactyl kitten, meaning he has an extra toe on each of his front paws. He has a lively and curious nature. He and his sister Babette have been in foster care since their arrival at the shelter, and it's been fun to see him blossoming from a confident, happy little guy to a confident mischievous adolescent. He adores the dogs at his foster home, plays with the cats and is seasoned to well mannered children.
Successful adopters will live locally in Lynchburg City or Campbell County, or a county touching Campbell County. Alternatively, if you live outside our local area, have a vet reference whom we can contact to verify that your pets have all been spayed/neutered and current with heartworm testing and rabies vaccines, we would consider your application as a "foster to adopt" conditional adoption.
