Information about Friends of Campbell County Animal Control:

Established in 2012 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, partnering with Campbell County Animal Control.

The mission of Friends of Campbell County Animal Control is to reduce euthanasia of adoptable dogs and cats at the Campbell County Animal Control Facility through the following methods: Provide preventive health care for animals, monetary support through fundraising, and volunteers to assist the Animal Control Officers whose jobs entail animal care -
Support responsible adoption, rescue, foster opportunities, and reclaims of pets at the CCAC facility -
Increase community awareness of the need for spay/neuter - Serve as a resource for the community in the areas of rehoming their pets, animal behavior, training, and options for medical care for their pets.

FOAC is all-volunteer. No one receives a salary. We are fortunate that we are a welcome partnership with Campbell County Animal Control, and do not have a facility to maintain, nor salaries to pay. All donations go to the animals!
